"I give my experience 10/5.....I cannot give high enough praise to this eye dr and glasses experience. My husband and I both needed glasses. So we went with where we got the best discount with our eye insurance. Thank God, this was the office. When I first got my glasses I had been wearing readers and I now needed progressive, gag. I wasn’t looking forward to that. It was the only thing that made sense tho. I picked out the pair, and when they came in, I went and got them. I wore them about a week, and hated the way they sat on my face. I thought I was gonna be stuck with them. I called the office and told them my concerns, they said no problem. I went back in, picked out a new pair, and then when they came in we traded them out. Who does that? No one. There customer service is wonderful, they are extremely busy, and you can understand why. The doctor was very knowledgeable and the selection was great. I’m very pleased with my experience, and will go back again when it’s time."

Him and his staff made me feel very comfortable about the last minute appointment. This was actually the second time he has done an emergency appointment no questions asked.
